Matthew Welborn

Matthew Welborn serves as an attorney with Rieger Sadler Joyce. He graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in May 2023. During law school, Matthew was active in the Intellectual Property Society, served on the Oklahoma Law Review, and helped found the First Generation Law Student Association. His practice focuses on general business transactions and related matters.
Prior to law school, Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, where he worked on projects related to public utilities. A native of Norman, Oklahoma, he grew up there and is an alum of Norman North.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with friends, playing golf, reading, and learning about history.
